The HW-III Circuit Repair Machine is a dedicated soldering device for repairing PCB traces. When a PCB has broken traces, scratches, or open-circuit defects, the soldering head applies pressure and instantaneously discharges heat to firmly weld repair materials (copper foil, nickel sheet, etc.) onto the break points of the circuit, restoring electrical conductivity. This machine features short soldering time and a small heat-affected zone, making it suitable for circuit repair operations in PCB production and rework processes.
