Product Introduction
The diamond cutting blade (diamond abrasive blade) is a metallographic specimen cutting tool made with diamond as the abrasive and a resin or metal bond, mainly used for precision cutting and sampling in metallographic specimen preparation, in conjunction with a metallographic cutting machine. It is suitable for cutting hard, brittle or valuable materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, glass, semiconductors, crystals and PCB, featuring a narrow kerf, flat cutting surface and minimal damage to the specimen.
Main Technical Parameters
- Abrasive: diamond (synthetic diamond micropowder)
- Bond: resin bond or metal bond (selected by model)
- Common outer diameter: approx. 100mm to 250mm (selected according to cutting machine model)
- Common bore diameter: 12.7mm, 32mm (selected according to cutting machine spindle)
- Cutting method: wet cutting, used with coolant
- Applicable materials: cemented carbide, ceramics, glass, semiconductors, crystals, PCB, etc.
Product Features
- Narrow kerf and low material loss, suitable for sampling valuable specimens
- Flat cutting surface with minimal chipping, reducing subsequent specimen preparation workload
- High hardness and good wear resistance, with long service life
- Multiple outer diameter, bore diameter and thickness specifications available, compatible with cutting machines of different brands
