Product Introduction
The Cleaning Roller-Type Dust Removal Machine is a board surface dust removal device installed on SMT/PCB production lines, usually placed before processes such as solder paste printing, AOI and exposure. The equipment uses silicone (or butyl rubber) dust removal rollers in combination with dust removal paper rolls. Through rolling contact between the rollers and the board surface, it removes particles such as micro-dust, fibers and copper debris from the board surface, and is equipped with an ion fan to neutralize static electricity on the board surface and prevent dust from re-adhering, thereby reducing printing defects and soldering defects and improving production yield. It is especially suitable for fine PCBs mounted with extremely small components.
