The HL-20TS manual grinding and polishing machine is a commonly used piece of equipment in metallographic specimen preparation, used for manual grinding and polishing of specimens after cutting and mounting. The operator holds the specimen and applies pressure on the rotating grinding/polishing disc to complete grinding and polishing, obtaining a flat, bright metallographic specimen surface in preparation for subsequent microscopic observation and microstructure measurement.
