Product Overview
The fully automatic metallographic grinding system is an automated metallographic specimen preparation equipment integrating pre-grinding, grinding, rough polishing and fine polishing. It consists of a main unit, grinding/polishing discs, an automatic grinding/polishing head, a specimen holder, a cooling and water supply/drainage system, and a touchscreen control system. The equipment automatically controls disc speed, head speed, loading pressure and preparation time according to preset process programs. It can hold multiple specimens simultaneously in a single run, replacing manual piece-by-piece grinding and polishing, so that the flatness and surface finish of each specimen remain consistent. The equipment is mainly used for metallographic preparation of steel, non-ferrous metals, cemented carbide, ceramics, glass, rocks and minerals, and composite materials. It is widely applied in factory physical and chemical testing laboratories, research institutes, and materials laboratories of universities and colleges, providing qualified specimen surfaces for subsequent microstructure observation, hardness testing and metallographic image analysis.

- Grinding/polishing disc speed: stepless speed regulation, range approx. 100~1000 r/min; some models offer four fixed speeds, with forward/reverse rotation switching
