Product Introduction
The RION VT-06 Viscotester is a portable rotational viscometer used to measure the viscosity of industrial raw materials such as heavy oil, paint, coatings, ink, and adhesives. It is also suitable for food production and quality control of hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. for construction machinery. During measurement, the rotor is directly immersed in the liquid to be tested and rotates at a constant speed. The resistance (torque) generated by the liquid viscosity against the rotor motion is measured and displayed directly in dPa·s (SI unit). The instrument is compact and lightweight, can be operated with one hand, and is powered by dry batteries or an AC adapter, making it suitable for on-site and production line use.
