Automatic Insertion and Extraction Force Tester

Product Introduction

The Automatic Insertion and Extraction Force Tester is used for insertion force and extraction force testing of various connectors, plugs and sockets, and can also perform insertion/extraction life, single-hole and full-row insertion/extraction, and normal force tests on spring contacts. The equipment is driven by an AC servo motor that moves a ball screw in reciprocating motion, combined with an automatic centering device that automatically aligns male and female connectors, avoiding "one-sided loading" during testing. Test conditions are set and stored by computer software, and the load-stroke curve, life curve and test reports can be displayed and saved in real time. It is a commonly used inspection instrument in the R&D and quality assurance departments of connector manufacturers and electronic product manufacturers.
