Product Overview
The hand-dip soldering pot is a heating device used for dip soldering, tinning and solder coating in electronic soldering processes. By melting the solder in the pot and maintaining a constant temperature, the operator dips the workpiece into the molten solder by hand to complete soldering or tinning. The equipment is suitable for tinning PCB through-hole leads, tinning wires, and tinning component leads, making it a common production tool in the electronics and wire & cable industries. Newer models can be equipped with audible and visual alarms and automatic over-temperature power-off for safer, more reliable operation.
