Product Introduction
The wave soldering machine is automated soldering equipment used for through-hole (THT/DIP) PCB soldering: molten solder is pumped out by a pump to form a continuous, stable solder wave, and the PCB passes through the wave at a certain speed and angle via the conveyor system, so that the through-hole leads and pads are dip-soldered. The equipment generally consists of flux application, preheating, wave soldering and cooling units, and can be configured with a single-wave or dual-wave structure. It is the primary equipment for mass through-hole soldering of electronic products.
