Product Introduction

The FISCHER MP0 series coating thickness gauges are compact, pocket-sized coating thickness gauges manufactured by Helmut Fischer GmbH of Germany. Employing the magnetic induction method and the eddy current method, they enable rapid, non-destructive measurement of coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and cast iron, as well as on non-ferrous metal substrates such as aluminum and copper. The series includes the PERMASCOPE MP0 (ferrous substrate), ISOSCOPE MP0 (non-ferrous substrate), and DUALSCOPE MP0 (automatic method switching, suitable for almost all metal substrates), and is available in two configurations: integrated probe (MP0) and fixed-cable probe (MP0-FP). It is suitable for incoming inspection, process control, and on-site measurement.
