The TP-400G Tool Microscope is an optical metrology instrument used for dimensional measurement and morphology observation of micro parts, widely applied in mechanical, electronic, mold and metallographic laboratories. The instrument adopts a corrected optical system (FS system) and is equipped with long working distance objectives, delivering clear, flicker-free images with a large field of view under brightfield, and supporting bright/darkfield observation, polarized light observation and differential interference contrast (DIC) observation to meet the observation and measurement requirements of various specimens.
