Product Introduction

The OL-3D 3D Video Microscope is a tool/measurement video microscope. It adopts a motorized rotating observation mechanism and a continuous zoom optical system. After magnifying the observed object, the image is displayed in real time on a monitor, enabling stereoscopic vision to be obtained from multiple tilt or rotation angles and overcoming the limitation of traditional stereo microscopes, which can only observe from a fixed direction. The equipment is mainly used to observe electronic components, PCB surfaces and blind hole depths, solder joints, mechanical part surfaces, etc. It is especially suitable for stereoscopic structures and deep hole locations that require oblique or side viewing to be seen clearly. When equipped with measurement software, it can also perform dimensional measurements such as point spacing, line spacing, angle, area, and circle diameter. The overall machine is designed with emphasis on "3D stereoscopic viewing, focusing, photographing, and measurement," making it suitable for simultaneous observation by multiple people and for online inspection.
